· From 1980 until 1983, after graduating, he worked as an accountant and auditor in public sector companies in Egypt and the private sector (Qatar/UAE) in various fields such as contracting, libraries, import and export.

· From 1983 until 1994, he was an accountant and auditor at the Saleh, Barsoum and Abdulaziz Office (BDO). He supervised the audit department and provided tax and financial consultations and restructuring services to a huge group of the largest local and foreign companies, institutions, banks, insurance companies and industrial companies until he was promoted to a partner in the office.

· Training accountants at the Business Administration Association during the years from 1987 to 1992.

· Training accountants in Saleh Barsoum Abdulaziz’s office during the years from 1989 to 1992.

· From 1994 to 2000, advisor to the Vice President of Dallah Al Baraka Group - Bahrain - for planning, organization and information, and responsible for preparing all proposals and alternatives for restructuring existing companies and supervising implementation.

· From 2001 to 2005, founding partner in the National Accountants Office, accountants and auditors, providing auditing, accounting, financial consulting, and company establishment services for many Egyptian and foreign companies.

· From 2006 to 2011, Waheed Abdel Ghaffar & Partners, partner in the Baker Tele office.

· From 2011 until 2019, partner in the Morstevens Egypt office.

· From 2019 until 2022, partner in the More Egypt office (formerly Morestephen)

· Appointed an auditor and financial advisor during that period for a group of companies to conduct audits, restructuring, and tax planning.

· From the beginning of January 2023, the Mohsen Hijab and Partners office was established.

During this period, he participated in most scientific conferences and professional workshops, especially Egyptian and international auditing and accounting standards and tax laws.

· Participating and supervising the audit operations of banks (Al-Ahly - Egypt - Cairo - Alexandria - Al-Ahly Societe - Chase) and preparing special reports, during the period in which the office of Saleh, Barsoum and Abdulaziz was present)
