· From 1980 until 1983, after graduating, he worked as an accountant and auditor in public sector companies in Egypt and the private sector (Qatar/UAE) in various fields such as contracting, libraries, import and export.

Mohamed graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Alexandria University in 1993
He joined BKR as an auditor, then joined Baker Tilly Waheed Abdel Ghaffar & Co. until he reached the position of associate director in Moore Stephens, who later became Moore Egypt.
In 2022, he moved to the office of Mohsen Hijab and Partners “United Accounting and Auditing (UHY-UNITED) – as a partner in the audit department.
Mohamed has extensive experience over more than 30 years in providing auditing services for financial statements in accordance with Egyptian auditing standards and their amendments, as well as international standards IFRS. Mohamed can help clients apply the standards in accordance with the latest amendments. As well as internal audit and systems review.
Muhammad also has extensive experience in accounting systems and their application, and can help companies choose and implement modern accounting systems (ERP SYSTEMS).

Mohamed graduated from the Faculty of Law, Zagazig University in 2008, then the Faculty of Commerce, Ain Shams University in 2015
He joined Baker Tilly Waheed Abdel Ghaffar & Partners in 2008, where he worked in the field of company incorporation, restructuring, merger, division, etc. He worked at that time with a working group of experts in the field, which enabled him to gain many experiences and characteristics that qualified him to become director of the incorporation department.

Muhammad has extensive experience gained from working for more than 15 years in the field of incorporation, restructuring, and corporate governance

Mai graduated from the Faculty of Law, English Department, Ain Shams University in 2007
she joined the Legal Affairs Department at ABC Bank for a year , joined BKR as a human resources officer, then joined Baker Tilly Wahid Abdel Ghaffar & Co. until reached the director of human resources consulting services at Moore Stephens, which later became Moore Egypt.
In 2022, she moved to the office of Mohsen Hijab & Partners “United Accounting and Auditing UHY-UNITED” – as associate director of human resources consulting.
Mai has more than 15 years of experience in providing human resources services to the office’s clients from foreign and local companies. Mai can provide advice and guidance on everything related to human resources, organizational structure, job structure, and job description cards, as well as assistance in recruitment, labor distribution, and restructuring. Administrative management of companies, updating the wage system, KPI, methods of evaluating employees, as well as methods of reward and distribution of profits.
